Four Saturdays a year we pack boxes to ship to Marines and we'd love for you to join us! See the box to the right for upcoming pack dates. We pack boxes from our corporate office in Columbia, Missouri.
We ask volunteers to register to attend pack days and we open registration three weeks prior to the upcoming pack date. Sign up to receive the Care Package Project Newsletter to stay informed on upcoming events, read thanks from Marines and more. Simply enter your email address in the box at the bottom of this page and click "Go."
The packing days are a whole lot of fun and a great opportunity to Connect & Share™ with other families. Hundreds of volunteers join us to pack boxes and many folks travel from all over the country to be here to support our Marines in combat zones. Breakfast on Saturday
We provide breakfast on Saturday and are always looking for area restaurants to donate the next breakfast for our volunteers. If you are a local business and would like to help us with that, please contact us.
Hotel Accomodations
We have limited hotel rooms available a mile from the office for folks coming from long distances. The Courtyard Marriott gives us a great rate. Reserve early please, 573-443-8000.
The Friday Before
We need some experienced volunteers to help with preparations on the Friday before. If you have packed with us before and are interested in helping out on Friday, prior to packing day on Saturday, please call the office to let us know.
