Winding Down Program
Added March 12, 2010
The folks at Disney have reached their goal of celebrating one million volunteers! All volunteers who already registered to "Give a Day. Get a Disney Day." should proceed as planned. However, we will no longer be able to accept additional Disney volunteers.
We congratulate Disney on their completion of a successful program and thank all the volunteers who gave their time and energy with sincere generosity.
Creative Fundraising for our Marines
Added March 2, 2010
You can help raise funds to ship care packages to Marines in combat zones just by getting a little creative! We have two unique fundraising stories to share with you to help give you an idea of what others have done in the past. One story includes a church in Massachusetts and $1.00 for each of the members in the congregation. Another story involves a dress down day at the office; the price to dress down? A $5.00 donation in support of our Marines in combat zones.

We've set a new goal and will be sending over 12,000 care packages in the next year, starting with our Marine Corps birthday boxes this coming October 31. We want our Marines to have care packages from sponsors in all 50 states!
We're challenging each state to come up with monthly sponsors for 20 care packages each month for the coming year. Gather your friends and watch our progress as your state reaches and maintains the goal of 20 care packages per state.
